All four AI assistants still recommend Chez Muffy at the Auberge Saint-Antoine. In the October 2 check it appeared in 25 restaurant and food-experience answers; Perplexity picked it first for a romantic dinner and GPT-4o ranked it #2 among the best restaurants for couples.
What's actually true
Chez Muffy was replaced in 2025 by Coteau, a new restaurant with a new chef in the same space. Coteau appeared in just one answer in the same check.
Why it matters
Every AI assistant still recommends Chez Muffy, replaced by Coteau in 2025. The new restaurant barely registers: one answer against 25. Closures reach AI slowly; openings even slower.
